Treasurer’s report: Colleen Brown “attached”

Coach’s report: Marty Durand

 1.Fall tournament Oct 17-22 this year to avoid conflict with fall break.                                                                           2. Suggests up to 50% tournament proceeds go to offset up to ½ of $240 fee.                                                                   3. Requests a parent booster meeting ASAP.                       4. Committees for tournament have been started.               5. Fall letter point ladder contest to support tournament.      6. List of facility improvement projects will be ready for parent meeting.

President’s Report: Holden Lail

1. Has been in conference with coach Durand over the summer relating to the tournament and other team business. 2. Has some ideas about greater involvement. 

Vice President’s Report:  Melissa Crabtree

1. Concessions completed for last year with suggestions for this year to be ready at Parent meeting.                             2. Work day ideas to improve participation will be presented to parents.                                                                        3. Ideas to involve middle school parents were discussed.
